Mint Condition Dental is offering multiple, entry-level positions in our administrative and clinical departments. No previous dental experience is required as you will be trained by our highly qualified team on the programs and protocols we have in place in our office.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Full-Time/Part-Time ($19-$23)
All Locations


Our Dental Assistants are a critical part of our mission, they not only provide our Dentists with valuable assistance ensuring quality and timely care, but they also support our guests making their visit comfortable and care-free. We empower our dental assistants to create an exceptional patient experience. 

  • Greeting guests with a smile
  • Assisting Dentists with all procedures
  • Sterilizing instruments
  • Preparing treatment rooms
  • Recording medical history for each guest
  • Performing X-rays
  • Charting existing and recommended treatments
  • Performing other duties as required to support the office

What we are looking for

Due to the nature of the position candidates must possess the following qualities/abilities:

· Motivated, positive, team-oriented, confident ability to manage patients and interact with children and adults.
· Proficient in the use of computers/tablets, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology.
· Proficient in typing and word processing.

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Full-Time/Part-Time ($53-$57+ uncapped performance pay)

Our Dental Hygienists are a critical part of our team, not only do they provide quality care to our guests, but they also have a passion for keeping our guests healthy and happy.

What we are looking for


We are looking for Dental Hygienists who have a strong desire to treat and educate our guests while growing and developing their careers alongside the modern healthcare evolution. We are looking for a welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and great customer service skills. 

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Full-Time/Part-Time ($19-$23)
All Locations

The face and voice of the office, our team members are detail-oriented and outgoing. They are excellent problem-solvers and are always able to answer patients’ questions.
